摘　　要：运用随机前沿分析法,测算了2012—2020赛季中超联赛主教练的执教效率,对影响执教效率的因素进行了分析,并比较了中外主教练执教效率的差异。研究结果表明:(1)中超联赛已进入资本边际效应递减阶段,身价的投入已非获取积分的最重要因素。(2)执教效率的影响因素:执教年限对执教效率有显著正向影响;球员时代职业生涯年限对执教效率有显著正向影响;控球率对执教效率有显著正向影响;执教联赛轮次对执教效率的影响在前期呈U型,后期有显著负向影响。(3)执教效率差异分析:南美洲主教练执教效率均值最高,欧洲次之,亚洲最低;中国主教练执教效率与外国主教练相比无显著差异,但在效率排名上,前者仍逊于后者。Using the stochastic frontier analysis method,the coaching efficiency of the Chinese Super League coach in the 2012-2020 season was measured;the factors affecting the coaching efficiency were analyzed,and the differences in the coaching efficiency of Chinese and foreign coaches were compared.The research results show that:(1)The Chinese Super League has entered in the stage of diminishing marginal effects of capital,and the investment in value is no longer the most important factor in earning points.(2)Influencing factors of coaching efficiency:coaching years have a significant positive impact on coaching efficiency;career years in the player era have a significant positive impact on coaching efficiency;ball possession rate has a significant positive impact on coaching efficiency;the impact of coaching league rounds on coaching efficiency is U-shaped in the early stage,and has a significant negative impact in the later stage.(3)Analysis of the difference in coaching efficiency:South American coaches have the highest average coaching efficiency,Europe is the second,and Asia is the lowest;The coaching efficiency of Chinese head coaches is not significantly different from that of foreign head coaches,but the former is still inferior to the latter in terms of efficiency.
