摘 要:为了实现卡光综合测试仪载荷量值的有效传递和计量标准的统一,建立了新型综合测试仪载荷位移校准装置。通过应用全面质量管理方法进行分析,载荷示值超差是卡光杆综合测试仪载荷校准质量的主要问题;刻度方程模型、卡光杆位置、光杆直径、光杆材料、零点补偿、迟滞性补偿等是主要影响因素。依据主要影响因素,制定室内试验的对策,进行PDCA循环,从而改进载荷示值误差超差的质量问题。校准人员在室内改变光杆的外径、卡光杆的位置进行正、反形成加载和减载试验,先将标准载荷值、仪器输出频率做差后再计算每千牛载荷对应的仪器输出频率变化率,刻度后进行检定,进行零点和迟滞性补偿。试验结果表明:使用与抽油杆材质相同、直径相同的光杆(标准杆),采用变形的正比例数学模型刻度载荷传感器能够消除光杆材质、直径及卡光杆位置对校准结果的影响。卡光杆的松紧程度和卡光杆传感器的迟滞性对校准结果有影响,需要零值和迟滞性补偿。变形的正比例函数刻度方法在国内首次实现了卡光杆综合测试载荷校准应用,实现了卡光综合测试仪载荷量值的有效传递和计量标准的统一;零值和迟滞性补偿提高了卡光杆综合测试仪载荷的校准精度。全面质量管理方法使卡光杆综合测试仪载荷校准的合格率由11.0%下降至4.5%。In order to realize the effective transfer of the load value of jammed polish rod load comprehensive tester and the unification of the measurement standard, a new type of load displacement calibration device for the comprehensive tester was established. The main calibration quality problem of the jammed polish rod load comprehensive tester is that the load indication is out of tolerance according to the analysis result using total quality management method. The calibration equation model, the position of jamming polish rod, the diameter of the light bar, the material of the polish rod, the zero point compensation and the hysteresis compensation are the main influencing factors. According to the main influencing factors, the countermeasures for laboratory test are formulated, and the load indication error is reduced using PDCA cycle. Carry out loading and unloading tests by changing the outer diameter of the polish rod and the position of jamming polish rod. First, make the differences of the standard load value and the instrument output frequency, then calculate the change rate of the instrument output frequency corresponding to per kilonewton load, calibrate it, and compensate for zero point and hysteresis. The test results show that to use the polish rod(standard rod) with the same material and diameter as sucker rod,and to scale the load sensor using deformed positive proportion mathematical model can eliminate the influence of polish rod material and diameter and jamming polish rod position on the calibration result. The tightness of jamming polish rod and the hysteresis of jamming polish rod sensor have an impact on the calibration result, so zero value and hysteresis compensation are required. The calibration method of deformed positive proportion function is first applied to the calibration of the integrated test load of the card light bar in China, which realizes the effective transfer of the load value of the card light integrated tester and the unification of the measurement standard.
