摘  要:试井是了解油藏动态和获取地层参数的重要手段,常规试井工艺有钢丝存储式、电缆直读式两种。此两种工艺:钢丝存储试井不能实时获取井下资料,设备提出井口之前,工作人员无法知晓是否已经获得有效数据,存在下井失败风险;而传统麻面电缆直读试井,系统复杂且存在污染环境等问题。因此思坦公司与国内某油田公司于2020年展开合作攻关,开发设计了一套切实可行的钢管电缆技术,该新技术能实时动态监测,现场施工简单,施工成本低,不存在环境污染等优点。其主要配套设备为:地面控制器、液压防喷举升系统、钢管电缆头、电动安全接头、打捞工具等,目前已成功施工36口井次,施工成功率100%,为该油田公司创造价值400余万,填补了钢管电缆直读试井作业的空白。Well testing is an important means to understand reservoir performance and obtain formation parameters. Conventional well testing techniques include steel wire storage type and cable direct reading type. The wireline storage well testing cannot obtain the downhole data in real time. Before the equipment is put out of the wellhead, the staff cannot know whether effective data has been obtained, so there is a risk of downhole failure. However, the traditional pitted cable direct reading well testing system is complex and has problems such as environmental pollution. Therefore, in 2020, Stan Company and an oilfield company in China started to cooperate to tackle key problems, and developed and designed a set of practical steel pipe cable technology. This new technology has the advantages of real-time dynamic monitoring, simple on-site construction, low construction cost, and no environmental pollution. The main supporting equipment of the system include ground controller, hydraulic blowout prevention lifting system, steel pipe cable head, electric safety connector, fishing tools, etc. At present, 36 well times have been successfully constructed, with a success rate of 100%, creating a value of more than 4 million for the oilfield company, and filling the blank of steel pipe cable direct reading well testing.
