摘  要:水平井定向射孔技术在提高油气采收率等方面具有明显的优势,尤其对于薄层、底水油气藏,通过定向变密度射孔技术解决避水、控水问题。海上139.7 mm(5(1/2)")小井眼一般采用89型定向射孔枪进行射孔完井作业,对于海上水平井244.5 mm(9(5/8)")内变密度定向射孔完井尚无应用先例,也无配套定向射孔器材。从定向方位、变密度模拟优化入手,通过优化射孔管柱设计、优选加压点火方式,结合对研发的178型定向射孔器材的地面旋转定位试验,最终实现了该技术在东海T井水平段完井的成功应用,射孔效果超预期,填补了海上水平井大尺寸变密度定向射孔的应用空白,为海上底水油气藏的避水、控水开发奠定了基础。The directional perforation technology for horizontal wells has obvious advantages in improving oil and gas recovery, especially for thin layer and bottom water oil and gas reservoirs, the directional variable density perforation technology solves the problems of water avoidance and water control. 89 type directional perforating gun is generally used for perforation completion of offshore slim hole of 139.7 mm( 5(1/2)"). There is no application precedent for variable density directional perforation completion of offshore horizontal well of 244.5 mm( 9(5/8)"), and there is no supporting directional perforator. Starting from the simulation optimization of directional orientation and variable density, this technology is successfully applied in horizontal section completion of Well T in the East China Sea by optimizing the design of perforation pipe string and the pressurized ignition mode, and combining with the ground rotation positioning test of the developed 178-type directional perforator. The perforating effect exceeded expectations, filling the application gap of large-scale variable density directional perforating in offshore horizontal wells, and laying a foundation for the water avoidance and water control development of offshore bottom water reservoirs.
