摘  要:大位移井钻井已成为目前复杂地区油气勘探开发的重要手段,合理的井身结构设计是大位移井钻井作业成功与提高作业效率的关键。大位移井井斜大、稳斜段长、水平位移大、裸眼井段长、水垂比高的特殊属性导致钻井作业难度大且风险高。通过对大位移井钻井技术特点进行分析,确立了大位移井井身结构设计原则与思路,制定了大位移井身结构设计流程,设计过程应综合考虑长裸眼段井壁稳定性差、摩阻扭矩高、管柱屈曲严重、井眼清洁难度大等影响因素并形成一体化的技术思考。研究思路与成果在渤海油田某大位移井设计中得到了成功应用,创造了渤海油田大位移井水垂比3.22的纪录,从而为大位移井井身结构设计优化与安全施工提供了技术参考。Extended reach well drilling has become an important means of oil and gas exploration and development in complex areas at present. Reasonable well structure design is the key to the success of extended reach well drilling operation and the improvement of operation efficiency. The special attributes of extended reach well, such as large deviation, long deviation stabilizing section, large horizontal displacement, long open hole section and large horizontal displacement to vertical depth ratio, lead to difficult drilling operations and high risks. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of extended reach well drilling technology, the principles and ideas of extended reach well structure design are established, and the design process of extended reach well structure is formulated. The design process should comprehensively consider such influencing factors as poor wellbore stability in long open hole section, high friction torque, severe pipe string buckling, and difficult wellbore cleaning to form an integrated technical thinking. The research ideas and results have been successfully applied in the design of an extended reach well in Bohai Oilfield, creating a record of 3.22 horizontal displacement to vertical depth ratio of extended reach well in Bohai Oilfield, thus providing a technical reference for the optimization of extended reach well structure design and safe construction.
