摘  要:由于电热元件结构设计和空间布局不合理,导致制热元件容易出现粘连、短路等结构和功能性问题。通过分析电热元件传热过程,利用有限元法对电热元件各结构参数进行优化设计,对装置的传热特性进行分析,并改变加热丝结构、直径、表面负荷等指标来对传热效果进行比较。实验结果表明:在相同表面积下波浪形线状比带状能够有效降低表面温度;采用线状加热丝增大直径能够降低加热丝表面负荷,提高加热丝使用寿命,且线状加热丝直径在超过8mm时温度降低并不明显;增加加热丝功率或表面负荷能够提高加热丝表面温度和蓄热单元蓄热量。It is found that problems such as adhesion and short circuit occur because of the unreasonable structure design and spatial layout of electric heating elements.The paper adopts finite element method to optimize structural parameters of electric heating elements after analyzing their heat transfer,and makes study on heat transfer characteristics of devices to change structure,diameter and surface load of heating wires to compare their heat transfer effects.Three findings are obtained from the experimental results.First,the wave-like heating wire can effectively decrease its surface temperature than the band-like wire under the same surface area.Second,the wave-like heating wire with longer diameter can reduce its surface load and extend its service life,but when its diameter exceeds 8 mm,the surface temperature is unable to decrease obviously.Third,the wave-like heating wire with bigger power and more surface load can increase its surface temperature and heat storage of heat storage units.
