摘 要:由于工作环境的特殊性,船用断路器不可避免地会受到舰船螺旋桨周期旋转等引起的振动载荷。采用有限元法建立了整个断路器系统在振动作用下的有限元动力学模型,并通过加载真实的振动载荷,对断路器进行动力响应分析。根据分析结果,对断路器整体结构强度和是否发生误动作出评价,找出断路器结构敏感薄弱位置及变化规律,并对此进行了结构优化设计。It is inevitable that the marine circuit breaker will be affected by vibration load caused by ship propeller periodic rotation because of its special working environment.The finite element method is applied to build a finite element dynamic model when the whole circuit breaker system is under vibration,and dynamic response of the circuit breaker is analyzed by loading real vibration load.The authors,according to the analyzed results,evaluate the overall structural strength of the circuit breaker and the occurrence of misoperation,find out the sensitive weak position of the circuit breaker structure and their variation laws,and optimize structural design of marine circuit breakers.
