摘 要:铸铜转子能有效提高感应电动机的效率,但导致感应电动机启动转矩降低、启动电流升高.针对该问题,在麻雀搜索算法(sparrow search algorithm,简称SSA)基础上,结合反向学习策略和自适应变异提出改进的麻雀搜索算法(improved sparrow search algorithm,简称ISSA).使用LASSO(least absolute shrinkage and selection operator)模型筛选出对电动机启动性能影响较大的转子槽型结构参数,将其作为优化变量,以降低计算时间.实例优化结果表明:相对于灰狼优化算法(grey wolf optimizer algorithm,简称GWOA)和鲸鱼优化算法(whale optimization algorithm,简称WOA),ISSA优化后的转子槽型结构参数最接近循环遍历法的转子槽型结构参数,ISSA优化后的电动机综合启动性能最优;ISSA优化后的电动机启动转矩倍数比优化前增加了0.4091,启动电流倍数比优化前降低了0.0706.Cast copper rotor can effectively improve the efficiency of induction motor,but lead to lower starting torque and higher starting current of induction motor.To solve this problem,the improved sparrow search algorithm(ISSA)was proposed based on sparrow search algorithm(SSA),which combined opposition-based learning strategy and adaptive variation strategy.The rotor slot structure parameters that had a great influence on motor starting performance were selected by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)model as optimization variables to reduce calculation time.Example optimization results showed that compared with grey wolf optimizer algorithm(GWOA)and whale optimization algorithm(WOA),the rotor slot structure parameters optimized by ISSA were closest to those of circular traversal method.The overall starting performance of motor optimized by ISSA was the best.The starting torque multiple after ISSA optimization increased by 0.4091 and the starting current multiple decreased by 0.0706 compared with that before optimization.
