摘 要:为研究硅酸乙酯、硅渗剂和纳米SiO表面固化处理对机场道面混凝土性能的影响,分别对经过3种表面固化材料处理后的混凝土的毛细吸水性、耐火蚀性、抗水渗透性、抗冻性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性进行测试,分析表面固化材料在机场道面的适用性.结果表明,硅渗剂的综合表现优异,处理后混凝土的渗水高度降低率达到44.2%,而且施工工艺成熟,最适合作为机场道面混凝土的表面固化材料;硅酸乙酯的性能改善效果显著,处理后混凝土的7 d吸水量降低90%,经过60 min火蚀后仍能达到68.1%,抗冻等级由F125提高至F175,但混合溶液具有一定的易爆性,在机场道面混凝土上的应用还需要深入探究;纳米SiO的性能改善效果在3种表面固化材料中不够明显,不推荐应用于机场道面混凝土.研究结果可为机场工程中表面固化材料的选择提供借鉴.In order to identify the effect of surface curing treatment by ethyl silicate, silicon infiltration agent, and nano-SiOon airport pavement concrete performance, the capillary water absorption, flame ablation, water penetration, frost and sulfide erosion properties of concrete treated with the three surface curing materials were tested separately to analyze the applicability of the three surface curing materials on airport pavement. The results showed that silicon infiltration agent was excellent in overall ability. It reduced water penetration height by up to 44. 2% and the construction process was mature and suitable as the surface curing material for airport pavement concrete. Ethyl silicate improved concrete performance significantly. It reduced 7 d water penetration by 90%, and by 68. 1% even after 60 min flame ablation, and upgraded frost resistance from F125 to F175. However, the mixed solution had a potential of explosion, therefore its application on airport pavement concrete would require further investigation.Nano-SiOdid not work so well in performance improvement compared with the other two. It was not recommended for airport pavement concrete application. The results of the study can provide input for the selection of surface curing materials in airport engineering.
