养阴疏肝汤对围绝经期综合征患者内分泌功能、骨代谢水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴疏肝汤对围绝经期综合征患者内分泌功能、骨代谢水平的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的98例围绝经期综合征患者,依据随机数字表随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各49例。治疗组给予常规西医及养阴疏肝汤治疗,对照组仅给予常规西医治疗。分别于治疗前后检测两组患者雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、脱氧吡啶啉(D-Pyr)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(s-PINP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平及骨密度值,评价患者更年期临床症状调查表(Kupperman)、围绝经期综合征生存质量表(MENQOL)的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后LH、GnRH、D-Pyr、s-PINP、TNF-α、IL-1β、MDA水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),E_(2)、骨密度、SOD水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),Kupperman、MENQOL评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(48/49,97.96%)高于对照组(40/49,81.63%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴疏肝汤可调节围绝经期综合征患者内分泌功能,改善骨代谢水平,抑制细胞因子水平及氧化应激反应,提升疗效及生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of Yangyin Shugan Decoction on endocrine function and bone metabolism in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:A total of 98 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medication;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Yangyin Shugan Decoction.The levels E_(2),LH,GnRH,D-Pyr,s-PINP,TNF-α,IL-1β,SOD and MDA,as well as bone mineral density were measured before and the after treatment in the two groups.The changes of Kupperman and MENQOL were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of LH,GnRH,D-Pyr,s-PINP,TNF-α,IL-1βand MDA were lower(P<0.05),the levels of E_(2),bone mineral density and SOD were higher(P<0.05),and the scores of Kupperman and MENQOL were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 97.96%(48/49)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 81.63%(40/49)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Shugan Decoction can regulate endocrine function,improve bone metabolism,inhibit cytokines and oxidative stress,and improve life quality in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
