摘　　要：功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)是一组临床常见的消化道功能性疾病综合征,现代医学相关研究尚不成熟。本文回顾近年中医药相关文献,从功能性胃肠病的中医辨病、辨证和论治三个方面进行总结,发现在整体观念和系统思维下,辨识本病可归属于多个中医病范畴,并结合辨证思维,由脾胃气虚、肝气郁滞等证型,逆向推导其核心病机为脏腑气机升降功能失常,并可运用中药、针灸等多种技术手段,个体化精准治疗本病,疗效显著。Functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs)belong to a group of common clinical gastrointestinal functional disease syndromes,and the related researches in modern medicine are not yet mature.This study reviewed the related literature of TCM in recent years,and summarized the three aspects of TCM disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and treatment of FGIDs.It is found that under holism concept and systematic thinking of TCM,this disease is identified as multiple categories of TCM diseases.Combined with syndrome differentiation,the core pathogenesis is reversely derived from the syndromes of Qi deficiency of Spleen and Stomach,and Liver Qi stagnation.Under the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment,individualized and precise treatment of Chinese medication,acupuncture and other technical means have achieved remarkable effect in treatment of FGIDs.
