丝素蛋白/氧化石墨烯纳米纤维膜的制备与性能

摘  要:以水为溶剂,采用静电纺丝的方法制备丝素蛋白(SF)/氧化石墨烯(GO)共混纳米纤维膜,并用75%(V/V)乙醇蒸汽对其处理.用扫描电镜(SEM)和衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)表征乙醇蒸汽处理前后SF/GO共混纳米纤维的形貌和化学结构.SEM的测试结果表明,随着GO含量的提高,纳米纤维的直径略有减小,经75%(V/V)乙醇蒸汽处理后,SF/GO共混纳米纤维的形貌基本不变.ATR-FTIR的测试结果表明,GO不能使SF的构象发生转变,而经75%(V/V)乙醇蒸汽处理后,SF的构象由溶于水的无规卷曲结构转变成不溶于水的β-折叠结构.吸水率和细胞增殖实验结果显示,SF/GO共混纳米纤维膜相较于纯SF纳米纤维膜具有更优异的亲水性和细胞相容性,因此SF/GO共混纳米纤维膜有望成为理想的组织再生支架.The silk fibroin(SF)/graphene oxide(GO)blended nanofibrous membrane is fabricated by electrospinning with water as the solvent and treated with 75%(V/V)ethanol steam.The morphology and chemical structure of the SF/GO blended nanofiber before and after the treatment are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and attenuation total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR).The SEM test results show that the diameter of the SF/GO blended nanofiber decreases slightly with the increase of the GO content,and the morphology of the SF/GO blended nanofiber almost remains unchanged after the treatment.ATR-FTIR spectra show that GO could not change the conformation of SF but after the treatment,the conformation of SF changes from the water-soluble random curl structure to the water-insolubleβ-sheet structure.The results of the water absorption and cell proliferation test demonstrate that the SF/GO blended nanofibrous membrane has better hydrophilicity and cytocompatibility than the pure SF nanofibrous membrane.Therefore,the SF/GO blended nanofibrous membrane is expected to become an ideal scaffold for tissue regeneration.
