涤纶织物分散染料R-FS-G碱性印花技术的工艺

摘  要:选用耐碱性分散染料R-FS-G制备色浆,对印花焙烘过程中的碱剂种类、焙烘温度、焙烘时间、各项色牢度及水洗前后涤纶织物上的印花效果进行研究,结果表明:选择种类为0.3%NaOH、0.5%Na_(2)CO_(3)、1%NaHCO_(3)的碱剂在180℃下焙烘8 min,其印花织物的耐摩擦色牢度、耐水洗色牢度、耐光色牢度和耐升华色牢度都能达到常规酸性条件下的牢度性能,且充分水洗后织物上的印花效果和均匀性良好.The alkali-resistant disperse dye R-FS-G was used to prepare the color paste,and the types of alkalizing agents,baking temperature,baking time and color fastnesses in the printing and baking process and the printing effects on polyester fabric before and after washing were studied.The results showed that after being baked at 180℃for 8 min separately with the alkali agents of 0.3%NaOH,0.5%Na_(2)CO_(3)and 1%NaHCO_(3),the color fastnesses to rubbing,wash,light and sublimation of the printed fabric could reach the fastness performance under conventional acid conditions,and the printing effect and uniformity on the fabric are still good after thorough washing.
