摘 要:通过自制加载装置研究了锚贴不同厚度(2 mm、3 mm和4 mm)钢板对高强度塑钢板桩抗弯性能的影响,并与无锚贴钢板进行对比.试验结果表明:锚贴钢板可显著提高高强度塑钢板桩的抗弯性能,且高强度塑钢组合板桩具有更好的整体变形协调能力;在同等荷载作用下,高强度塑钢组合板桩的跨中挠度变形值相比高强度塑钢板桩可减小30%;高强度塑钢组合板桩在翼板、腰板、底板位置处的应变均值随锚贴钢板厚度的增加呈现先减少后增大的趋势,而在腿板位置处则呈现逐渐小幅增大的趋势.因此,在高强度塑钢板桩的翼部和腿部位置锚贴钢板,可以显著提升其抗弯性能.The effects of anchored steel plates with different thicknesses(2 mm,3 mm and 4 mm)on the bending resistance of high-strength plastic sheet piles are studied by using a self-made loading device and their bending resistance are compared with that of high-strength plastic sheet piles without steel plates.The result of the experiment shows that the anchored steel plates can significantly improve the bending resistance of high-strength plastic-steel sheet piles,and high-strength plastic-steel composite sheet piles have better overall compatible deformation;under the same load,the mid-span deflection of high-strength plastic-steel composite sheet piles can be reduced by 30%compared with that of high-strength plastic-steel sheet piles;the mean strain of the high-strength plastic-steel composite sheet piles at the position of wing plate,waist plate and bottom plate shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of the thickness of the anchored steel plate,while at the position of leg plate,it shows a slightly increasing trend.Therefore,we can significantly improve their bending resistance if the high-strength plastic-steel sheet piles are anchored at the wings and the legs.
