摘 要:数字经济与实体经济加速融合引领社会经济发展,加快医药冷链物流数字化转型迫在眉睫。为破解医药冷链物流成本居高不下、断链时有发生等难题,进一步推动行业高质量发展,探索医药冷链物流共同配送模式势在必行。通过梳理近年我国医药冷链物流发展及其基础设施建设现状,分别从政策、需求、技术、市场主体以及标准化体系等方面对医药冷链物流共同配送模式开展可行性分析;并从营运成本、物流效率、环境友好、产业发展4方面对其社会效益进行归纳总结。在对医药冷链物流共同配送业务流程系统优化的基础上,对其信息服务平台的功能模块和运行机理进行详细分析和设计。结果表明,医药冷链物流发展前景广阔,医药冷链物流实施共同配送能够起到降本增效、促进合作和提高效率的作用;构建共同配送信息服务平台是医药冷链物流实现数字化转型的必由之路,能够解决供应链相关主体信任缺失、合作关系建立难以及服务监管缺位等问题;依托其强大的数据处理和资源整合能力,信息服务平台能够在需求预测、货物配载、路径优化以及安全追溯等场景中发挥关键作用。The accelerated integration of the digital economy and the real economy leads the development of social economic, and it is imminent to accelerate the digital transformation of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics. In order to solve the problems of the high cost of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics and the frequent occurrence of chain disconnection, and to further promote the high-quality development of the industry, it is imperative to explore the joint distribution mode of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics. By sorting out the situation of China’s pharmaceutical cold chain logistics development and infrastructure construction in recent years, the feasibility analysis of the joint distribution mode of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics is carried out from the aspects of policies, demands, technologies, market entities and standardization systems. The study also analyzes and summarizes the social benefits of the joint distribution of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics from four aspects: cost, logistics efficiency, environment, and industrial development. The results show that the development prospect of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics is bright, and the joint distribution of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics can reduce costs and increase efficiency, promote cooperation and improve operation efficiency;Constructing a joint distribution information service platform is the only way for pharmaceutical cold chain logistics to achieve digital transformation, which can solve problems such as lacking trust in supply chain related entities, difficulty in establishing cooperative relationships, and missing of service supervision;Relying on its powerful data processing and resource integration capabilities, the information service platform can play a key role in scenarios such as demand forecasting, cargo stowage, route optimization, and safety traceability.
