池州市老年居民中医养生保健服务需求及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析池州市老年居民对中医养生保健的认知与需求情况,为制定老年居民中医养生保健对策提供参考。方法:从池州市1区3个县中各随机抽取2个街道(镇)年龄≥60岁的常住老年居民进行问卷调查,采用χ^(2)检验和Logistic回归分析进行统计分析。结果:单因素分析结果显示,男性、年龄偏小、文化程度偏高、月平均收入偏高、身体健康状况更好的老年人,中医养生保健的认知素养分数相对偏高(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析筛选结果表明,月平均收入、文化程度、性别是池州市老年居民中医养生保健服务需求的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:池州市老年居民中医养生保健认知水平较低,但潜在需求较高;建议以社区为单位加强宣传,针对性地开展各项服务,以全面提升老年居民的中医养生保健认知水平。Objective:To investigate and analyze the cognition and demand for TCM health care of elderly residents in Chizhou,and to provide a reference for the formulation of TCM health care countermeasures of Chizhou elderly residents.Methods:Two streets(towns)were randomly selected from each of the three counties in Chizhou District 1,and the elderly residents aged≥60 years old were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey of"Cognition and Demand of Traditional Chinese Medicine health care in Chizhou Elderly residents".Theχ^(2)test and Logistic regression model were used for statistical analysis.Results:The results of the univariate analysis showed that the cognitive literacy score for TCM health care was relatively higher among the men,those with younger age,higher education level,higher average monthly income and better physical health status(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that average monthly income,education level and gender were the main factors influencing the demand for TCM health care services of elderly residents in Chizhou(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cognition level of TCM health care of elderly residents in Chizhou city is low,but the potential demand is high.It is suggested to strengthen the publicity and carry out targeted services in the community,which is conducive to comprehensively improving the health awareness and health level of the elderly residents.
