摘  要:针对时栅传感器输出信号近似于正弦波中包含各次谐波成分的三角波,提出一种传感器气隙磁导正弦规律性变化的调制方法,来解决谐波成分的干扰、绕组短路等问题对精度的影响。应用微分法对这种新型传感器的数学模型进行计算,构建转子外圆柱面齿形曲线函数f_(1)(θ)和f_(2)(θ),通过电磁场仿真,验证了设计方案的可行性和正确性。分析结果表明,f_(1)(θ)和f_(2)(θ)型传感器的输出信号能更好地抑制谐波成分和提升正弦波规则性,在0°~6°测量范围内,仿真误差为±25″,对时栅传感器的设计具有重要的借鉴意义。Aiming at the triangular wave containing harmonic components in the sine wave of the output signal of the time grating sensor,a modulation method with sinusoidal variation of the air gap magnetic conductivity of the sensor is proposed to solve the problems of harmonic component interference and short circuit of winding.Two sensor models of the rotor cylindrical tooth profile curve function,i.e.,f_(1)(θ)and f_(2)(θ)are constructed.The two sensor models are analyzed through electromagnetic field simulation and Fourier transform.The simulation results show that the output signal of the f_(2)(θ)type sensor can better suppress the harmonic component and improve the regularity of sine wave,comparing with the f_(1)(θ)type sensor.Within the measurement range of 0°~6°,the simulation error is±25″,which has important reference significance for the design of time grating sensor.
