摘　　要：整理明代温补派医家赵献可《医贯》学术思想,从医理论述、临床辨治方面进行探析。认为赵献可温补理论根源为命门水火理论,补水火核心方剂六味丸、八味丸为全书方中双魁;善辨水火,善用两方治疗痰病、中风等临床诸病;善研医理,发挥五行学说,提出“五行生克互藏”新说;阐发治郁五法,发挥六郁,提出“治郁从木郁”等新论,推崇逍遥散通治郁病;认为中风是阴虚阳暴绝证,应以真阴真阳为本论治,须参附大剂,速救其阳,继用六味丸、十补丸,补充真阴,并提出调补和预防中风的方法;针砭滥用寒凉之弊。The academic thoughts of ZHAO Xianke in Key Link of Medicine,a physician of warming and tonifying school in the Ming Dynasty,were sorted out,and analyzed from the aspects of medical theory and clinical differentiation and treatment.It was believed that the origin of ZHAO Xianke’s theory of warming and tonifying was theory of water and fire in Mingmen.Liuwei Pills(六味丸)and Bawei Pills(八味丸),the core formulas for tonifying water and fire,were regarded as the chief formulas.ZHAO Xianke was versed in differentiating water and fire,and made good use of both formulas in diseases such as phlegm disease,apoplexy.In addition,ZHAO Xianke was also good at studying medical theory,developing the theory of five elements,putting forward a new theory of“engendering-restraint and mutual concealing of five elements”,developing five methods for treating six depressions,and putting forward new theories such as“treating depression from wood depression”.He advocated Xiaoyao Power(逍遥散)for treating all types of depressions.He believed that apoplexy was the syndrome of yin deficiency and yang exhaustion,so treating apoplexy should be based on the original yin and yang.It is necessary to take a large dose of Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)and Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata)to quickly recover yang,and then Liuwei Pills and Shibu Pills(十补丸)were used to supplement the original yin.ZHAO Xianke proposed the tonifying and prevention methods for stroke,and pointed out the disadvantages of abusing cold medicine.
