摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)致病机制复杂,糖原合成酶激酶-3β(GSK-3β)已被证实可以通过参与多条信号通路,介导AD的进程。近年来,大量研究发现多种中药提取物、复方能够明显改善AD患者的症状,其机制可能与其抑制GSK-3β激活从而调控β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的生成、tau蛋白过度磷酸化、细胞凋亡及细胞炎症反应等神经病理进程有关。对近年来国内外中药抑制GSK-3β干预AD的相关研究进行综述,探讨其内在机制,为深入研究中药参与AD的作用机制拓展思路。参考文献47篇。The pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is complex.Glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)has been confirmed to mediate the process of AD by participating in multiple signaling pathways.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that a variety of Chinese materia medica extracts and compounds can significantly improve the symptoms of AD patients,and the mechanism may be partly related to the inhibition of GSK-3βactivation to regulate the production ofβ-amyloid(Aβ),tau protein hyperphosphorylation,neuropathological processes such as apoptosis and cellular inflammatory response.This paper reviews the relevant studies on the inhibition of GSK-3βby Chinese materia medica in AD intervention at home and abroad in recent years,and analyzes its internal mechanism,so as to expand ideas for further studying the mechanism of Chinese materia medica in AD.There are 47 references in total.
