摘　　要：危险货物符合安全运输要求是船舶载运危险货物进出港口许可条件,根据危险货物的种类和危险特性,以有机锡化合物为例,围绕包装危险货物安全运输条件,对危险货物的分类、包装条件、相关安全技术规范等进行了梳理和论述,提出了相关管理措施。The compliance of dangerous goods with the requirements of safe transportation is the necessary condition for ships carrying dangerous goods to get permission for the entry and exit of ports. Based on the categories of dangerous cargo and the hazard properties, the paper takes organotin compounds as an example, studies the categorization, package conditions, and relevant technical safety regulations, with the conditions for the safe transportation of packaged dangerous goods as the focus. It also puts forward relevant management measures.
