摘　　要：阐述了目前西江锚地不足的现状,分析造成西江干流锚地不足的原因及锚地建设的必要性和紧迫性,提出进一步完善立法、统一规划公共锚地建设、强化码头配套锚地建设等对策,有助于推进西江锚地建设,促进西江航运健康发展。The paper briefly introduces the existing shortage of anchorage resources in the Xijiang mainstream,and analyzes the causes for the shortage as well as the necessity and urgency of promoting anchorage construction.Furthermore,it puts forward countermeasures including improving legislation,making unified plan for the construction of public anchorages,and strengthening the construction of supporting anchorages for docks,etc.,aiming at facilitating the anchorage construction and promoting the sound development of shipping along the Xijiang mainstream.
