摘　　要：通过结合业务实践,从常规因素、特定因素及政府政策因素三个层面指出了影响电动船舶投资的风险因素,并对其从理论与实践两个角度进行分析,最后对电动船的投资提出了相关建议。In view of the author’s practice, the paper identifies the risk factors affecting the investment of electric vessels from the three aspects of conventional factors, specific factors and government policy factors, and makes analysis from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Furthermore, it puts forward relevant suggestions on the investment of such ships.
