摘 要:本文采用高锰酸钾标准滴定法、比重法、折光法对不同浓度的过氧化氢溶液进行浓度测定。结果表明,高锰酸钾标准滴定法测定不同浓度过氧化氢溶液的结果的相对误差≤5%,相对标准偏差≤0.5%;比重法检测5.0%、10.0%、30.0%和35.0%浓度过氧化氢结果的相对误差≤20%;折光法检测0.1%和0.5%浓度过氧化氢结果的相对误差在20%以上,检测1.5%、2.0%、3.0%、5.0%、10.0%、30.0%和35.0%浓度过氧化氢结果的相对误差≤5%。通过实验对比,折光法和比重法更适合企业现场对过氧化氢进行在线监测操作,高锰酸钾标准滴定法可以用于定期对过氧化氢浓度进行验证。In this paper, potassium permanganate standard titration method, specific gravity method and refraction method were used to determine the concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution with different concentrations. The results show that the relative error of potassium permanganate standard titration method for determination of different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide solution is less than 5%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 0.5%. The relative error of 5.0%, 10.0%, 30.0% and 35.0% hydrogen peroxide was less than 20%. The relative error of the refraction method for the detection of 0.1% and 0.5% hydrogen peroxide concentration is above 20%, and the relative error of the detection of 1.5%, 2.0%, 3.0%, 5.0%, 10.0%, 30.0% and 35.0% hydrogen peroxide concentration is less than 5%. Through experimental comparison, refraction method and specific gravity method are more suitable for online monitoring of hydrogen peroxide in enterprises, and potassium permanganate standard titration method can be used to regularly verify the concentration of hydrogen peroxide.
