摘 要:本文收集了江西省5个地区的135个油菜籽样本,从中选取了27个油菜籽品种作为调查研究对象,依据国家标准法提取油脂,利用气相色谱法分别测定油脂中的芥酸含量,并比较分析了不同地区同品种油菜籽的芥酸含量,以及同地区不同品种油菜籽的芥酸含量。结果显示,品种是影响油菜籽芥酸含量的重要因素,27个油菜籽品种中有14个品种属于低芥酸油菜籽,12个品种属于高芥酸油菜籽,1个品种既有低芥酸也有高芥酸样本;同一品种在不同地区栽种,其芥酸含量存在差异,九江市<上饶市<南昌市<宜春市<萍乡市,与地区的纬度存在相关性。A total of 135 rapeseed samples from 5 regions in Jiangxi province were collected,and 27 rapeseed varieties were selected as the research objects.The oil was extracted according to the national standard method,and the erucic acid content in the oil was determined by gas chromatography.And compared and analyzed the erucic acid content of the same variety of rapeseed in different regions and different varieties of rapeseed in the same region.The results showed that variety was an important factor affecting the erucic acid content of rapeseed.Among the 27 rapeseed varieties,14 varieties belong to low erucic acid rapeseed,12 varieties are high erucic acid rapeseed,and 1 variety has both low and high erucic acid samples.There are differences in the erucic acid content of the same variety grown in different regions.Jiujiang<Shangrao<Nanchang<Yichun<Pingxiang,there is a correlation between the content of erucic acid and the latitude of the region.
