摘　　要：目的:建立带鱼中氯霉素的胶体金免疫层析快速检测方法。方法:取样后加水和乙酸乙酯提取,采用大量正己烷去脂,过LC-Si硅胶小柱净化,吹干后用复溶液复溶待测;肉眼观测氯霉素快速检测卡显色情况,并与液相色谱-质谱检测结果进行比较。结果:胶体金免疫层析法可以检出阴性样品、0.1μg·kg^(-1)阳性样品、0.2μg·kg^(-1)阳性样品,且检测结果均与液相色谱-质谱法一致。结论:该方法可作为带鱼中氯霉素的快速检测方法。Objective:To establish a rapid detection method of chloramphenicol in hairtail by colloidal gold immunochromatography.Method:After sampling,add water and ethyl acetate to extract,use a large amount of n-hexane to remove fat,purify through LC-Si silica gel column,dry and reconstitute with reconstituted solution for testing;observe the color development of chloramphenicol rapid test card with naked eyes,and compared with the detection results of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Result:Colloidal gold immunochromatography could detect negative samples,0.1μg·kg^(-1) positive samples,and 0.2μg·kg^(-1) positive samples,and the detection results were consistent with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Conclusion:This method can be used as a rapid detection method for chloramphenicol in hairtail.
