摘  要:本文建立了QuEChERS-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸡蛋中金刚烷胺和金刚乙胺残留量的方法。鸡蛋样品用乙腈提取、经过QuEChERS净化后,在正离子多反应监测模式下分析,通过C_(18)色谱柱分离,同位素内标法定量。结果显示,金刚烷胺、金刚乙胺在0.125~2.500μg·L^(-1)线性关系较好,线性相关系数均大于0.99,方法检出限分别为0.5μg·kg^(-1)、2.0μg·kg^(-1),定量限分别为2.0μg·kg^(-1)、5.0μg·kg^(-1)。空白样品在3个添加水平下的平均回收率为93.43%~98.90%,相对标准偏差为0.92%~4.14%(n=6)。该方法准确、快速、高效,适用于鸡蛋中金刚烷胺和金刚乙胺残留量的同时测定。To establish a method for the determination of amantadine and rimantadine in eggs by QuEChERS-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by QuEChERS,they were separated by C_(18) column,detected by MS/MS in positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring,and finally quantified by the isotope internal standard method.The results showed the calibration curves for amantadine and rimantadine showed good linearity with correlation coefficients of above 0.99 in the concentration range of 0.125~2.500μg·L^(-1).The limits of detection of the developed method were 0.5μg·kg^(-1) and 2.0μg·kg^(-1),respectively.The limits of quantification of the developed method were 2.0μg·kg^(-1) and 5.0μg·kg^(-1),respectively.The average recoveries of blank samples at three levels ranged from 93.43%to 98.90%with relative standard deviations of 0.92%~4.14%(n=6).This method was accurate,rapid and efficient.This method suitable for the simultaneous determination of amantadine and rimantadine in eggs.
