摘　　要：风牵偏视是眼科常见疑难病,以眼珠突然偏斜,转动受限,视一为二为临床特征,类似于现代医学中的后天性、周围性麻痹性斜视。西医治疗方法包括积极治疗原发病,对症采用糖皮质激素疗法、注射肉毒杆菌毒素、营养神经及手术等,对一些患者有较好疗效,但仍有复发者。中医学认为,此病多由机体正气亏虚,风邪乘机侵袭所致。庄曾渊研究员在总结历代医家对该病认识的基础上,结合自身的从医经验,认为该病主要病因大多归咎于风,因此治疗上偏重于疏风,并重视理血药的应用,构成了从风论治,重视理血的组方用药框架,达到局部与整体结合,标本兼治的目的,在临床上取得了良好疗效。本文旨在总结庄曾渊辨证治疗风牵偏视的临床经验,以期为同行提供思路。Paralytic strabismus is a common difficult ophthalmologic disease. It is characterized by sudden deviation of the eye, limited rotation, and seeing one as two, which is similar to acquired and peripheral paralytic strabismus in modern medicine. Treatment methods in Western Medicine include active treatment of the primary disease, glucocorticoid therapy,botulinum toxin injection, nerve nutrition and surgery, which have achieved good effects on some patients, but there are still recurrences. This disease is believed to be mostly caused by the deficiency of vital energy and the invasion of wind-evil in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). On the basis of summing up the understanding of the disease by the doctors in past dynasties and combining his own medical experience,ZHUANG Zengyuan believes that the main cause of the disease is mostly attributed to wind.Therefore, the treatment is focused on dispersing wind, and the application of blood-regulating drugs is emphasized, which constitutes the frame of prescription and medication of treating the disease from wind and paying attention to blood regulation.Thus, the goal of combining local and overall treatment, and treating both symptoms and root causes can be achieved, with good curative effects in clinic. This paper aims to summarize the clinical experience of ZHUANG Zengyuan in the treatment of paralytic strabismus based on syndrome differentiation, so as to provide ideas for the ophthalmologists.
