和血明目片眼科临床应用的研究进展

摘　　要：和血明目片是治疗眼底出血类疾病的有效方药,具有养肝、明目、和血、止血、清热、行气、祛湿等多种功效。本文就和血明目片的组方特点及临床功效进行总结,发现和血明目片针对糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的治疗效果较好。但临床治疗上仍存在不足,尚无相关研究从分子生物学水平阐释和血明目片治疗眼科疾病的药理机制,治疗上对临床患者的中医证候结合不足。Hexue Mingmu Tablet is an effective prescription for fundus hemorrhage. The prescription has various effects such as nourishing liver, improving eyesight, harmonizing blood, hemostasis, clearing heat, moving Qi and dispelling dampness. In this paper, the composition characteristics and clinical efficacy of Hexue Mingmu Tablet are summarized, and it is found that the treatment effect of Hexue Mingmu Tablet is favorable for diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein obstruction, and wet age-related macular degeneration. However, there are still some deficiencies in clinical treatment.There is no relevant research that aims to explain the pharmacological mechanism of Hexue Mingmu Tablet in treatment of ophthalmic diseases from the molecular biology level.The treatments do not fully take into account of syndrome types of patients in clinical.
