摘  要:某核电厂相邻主变压器高压侧发生故障,引起本机组主变压器、发电机相应电压、电流发生突变,从而导致发电机旋转二极管一相被击穿。本文按照实际物理尺寸、录波波形及运行参数,基于ANSYS-Maxwell平台,建立了无刷励磁系统仿真模型,分别对故障请工况、额定运行工况及故障工况进行了电磁暂态分析,模拟了故障过程中参数变压情况,进一步解释了二极管击穿现象。The high voltage side fault of the adjacent main transformer in a nuclear power plant caused corresponding voltage and current mutation of the main transformer and generator,which led to the breakdown of one phase of the generator rotating diode.In this paper,according to the actual physical size,recording waveform and operating parameters,based on the ANSYS Maxwell platform,the simulation model of the brushless excitation system is established.The electromagnetic transient analysis of fault condition,rated operating condition and fault condition is carried out respectively.The parameter voltage transformation during the fault process is simulated,and the diode breakdown phenomenon is further explained.
