摘 要:核电厂放射性区域的工作人员换下的劳保用品在洗涤时所产生的洗涤废水存在COD(BOD_(5))、LAS、TP等污染物,而针对核电厂洗涤废水带用放射性,因此处理工艺需要产生放射性废物少、占地面积小等特点。在这个背景下,采用生物法和混凝法并非最优的处理方式。电芬顿技术作为一种环境友好型高级氧化处理技术,目前还未被应用到核电领域。采用电芬顿工艺对实验室配制的洗涤废水进行处理。通过研究pH、外加电流、H_(2)O_(2)投加量、板间距等参数对模拟洗涤废水去除COD效果的影响,优化处理工艺参数,最终出水COD、LAS、BOD_(5)、TP去除率分别为91%、97%、94%及90.3%,为核电厂洗涤废水运用电芬顿技术提供了基础。The laundry wastewater generated by workers replacing the protection supplies in nuclear power plant contains COD(BOD_(5)),LAS and TP,which is difficult to treat in conventional way.For the waste in nuclear power plant are all with the radioactivity,the treatments need to produce less radioactive waste and cover a small area.At this background,the use of biological methods and coagulation methods is not the optimal treatment.The method of electric Fenton process,as an environmentally friendly advanced oxidation treatment technology,has not yet been applied in the field of nuclear power plants.From the study,the electric Fenton process is used on laundry wastewater in the laboratory,it is showed that the parameters(like pH,impressed current,H_(2)O_(2)dosage,the plate spacing)will influent the effect of simulated laundry wastewater treatment by being further optimized.The removal rates of COD,LAS,BOD_(5),TP are 91%,97%,94%and 90.3%,respectively.The research provides a foundation for the application on laundry wastewater in nuclear power plant by electron-Fenton.
