摘 要:随着经济高速发展,国家对环保材料提出了严格要求,发泡陶瓷独特的工艺对建筑能耗节能减排具有重要意义。通过研究发泡陶瓷和发泡陶瓷坯料化学组分的国内外研究现状,汇总了常见的七种氧化物与结构性能之间的关系,基于坯料化学组分的设计观点,提出了发泡陶瓷坯料化学组分与发泡陶瓷性能之间的关系,最后分析了坯料组分设计存在的问题。以现有的研究基础为发泡陶瓷配方设计提供借鉴与参考,具有理论和实际应用价值。With the rapid development of economy,the country has put forward strict requirements for environmental protection materials.The unique process of foaming ceramics is of great significance for building energy consumption,energy conservation and emission reduction.By foam ceramic foam ceramic billet and chemical composition of the domestic and foreign research present situation,summarizes the common seven oxide and the relationship between the structure performance,based on the blank of the chemical composition design,put forward the foamed ceramic billet chemical composition and the performance of the foam ceramic relationship,finally analyzes the problems existing in the blank component design.Based on the existing research basis for foamed ceramics formula design to provide reference,has practical application and theoretical value.
