摘  要:本课题研究,重点根据传输光缆的特性,解决哑资源数据采集上存在的数据采集困难、数据准确性核查困难、与业务关联性匹配困难等问题。这些问题,给业务开通带来了巨大的阻碍,影响项目验收速度较慢,且存在多次上站的问题。某运营商通过研究一套基于资源管理系统为基础的传输光资源智能自动采集系统,以达到光缆资源及性能可视化呈现,辅助支撑现场快速验收;同时,可对光缆资源数据普查中进行支撑,提高自动化、智能化处理效率及质量。本课题研究将不可采集、难以管理的数据,通过介质和技术手段,进行数字化,也是为了更好的提升5G网络、云网政企等业务的快速落地,提高自动化、智能化处理效率及质量。在资源数据质量提升的前提下,各项基于网络资源开通的项目及业务,可实现自动配置,极大节约运营商人力及时间投入,极大支撑业务的快速发展。This research focuses on solving the problems of data acquisition, data accuracy verification and business relevance matching in dumb resource data acquisition according to the characteristics of transmission optical cables. These problems have brought great obstacles to the business opening, affected the slow speed of project acceptance, and there are many problems of going to the station. An operator studied a set of intelligent automatic acquisition system of transmission optical resources based on resource management system, so as to achieve the visual presentation of optical cable resources and performance, and assist in supporting on-site rapid acceptance;At the same time, it can support the data census of optical cable resources and improve the efficiency and quality of automatic and intelligent processing. This research will digitize the data that cannot be collected and difficult to manage through media and technical means, in order to better improve the rapid landing of 5g network, cloud network, government and enterprise services, and improve the efficiency and quality of automated and intelligent processing.On the premise of improving the quality of resource data, various projects and businesses opened based on network resources can be automatically configured, which greatly saves operators’ manpower and time investment, and greatly supports the rapid development of business.
