摘 要:基于螺旋密封结构的排砂原理和流量平衡理论,建立锯齿形、矩形、梯形、半圆形4种螺旋牙型对应的流道模型,建立排砂性能评判标准,结合流体湍流模型和固体颗粒运动轨迹追踪法对不同牙型的速度场、压力场以及岩屑滞留时间进行分析,探究牙型对螺旋密封排砂性能的影响规律,评价不同牙型的排砂性能,并对螺旋密封牙型进行优化设计。结果表明:4种螺旋牙型都具有主动排砂能力;锯齿形密封流道两端压差最大,能够产生较大的泵送流量,岩屑颗粒更易排出,同时锯齿型密封中岩屑颗粒的滞留时间最短,因此锯齿形螺旋密封的排砂性能最好。优化结果表明,锯齿形螺旋密封牙型的螺距为3.2 mm、工作面倾角为3°、非工作面倾角为30°时排砂性能最优。Based on the sand discharge principle and flow balance theory of spiral seal structure, the corresponding flow channel models of serrated, rectangular, trapezoidal and semicircular spiral teeth were established, and the sand discharge performance evaluation criteria was established.Combined with fluid turbulence model and solid particle trajectory tracking method, the velocity field, pressure field and cuttings retention time of different profiles were analyzed, and the influence of profile on the sand discharge performance of spiral seal was studied.The sand discharge performance of different tooth profiles was evaluated, and the spiral seal tooth profile was optimized.The results show that all four spiral profiles have the ability of active sand discharge.The pressure difference between the two ends of serrated seal channel is the largest, which can produce a larger pumping flow, and the debris particles are easier to discharge.At the same time, the retention time of debris particles in the serrated seal is the shortest, so the serrated spiral seal has the best sand discharge performance.The optimization results show that the sand discharge performance is the best when the pitch is 3.2 mm, the working face inclination is 3° and non working face inclination is 30° of the serrated spiral seal.
