摘 要:某型飞机弹射试验中单点集中载荷较大,受试验场地条件和试验设备能力等因素限制,现有加载方式难以满足试验集中大载荷加载要求。因此,综合考虑试验载荷大小、方向、加载位置、地轨承载能力、加载装置强度、质量、减载载荷等因素,通过多参数目标优化,得到满足试验需求的单点大载荷加载装置的最佳设计尺寸。研发的加载装置通过航向载荷主动卸载及垂向载荷卸载接口将大载荷优化分配,确保承载系统安全,实现集中大载荷的精准施加。所设计的单点集中大载荷加载系统已成功应用于某型飞机弹射载荷静力试验,试验加载中加载装置保持平稳,未发现破坏及目视可见变形,且试验测量数据与目标值相吻合,试验加载稳定性、重复性良好。In a type of aircraft ejection test,the single-point concentrated load is large,due to factors such as test site conditions and test equipment capabilities,the existing loading method is difficult to meet the test concentrated large load loading requirements.Therefore,the test load size,direction,loading position,ground rail bearing capacity,loading device strength,weight,reduction load and other factors were comprehensively considered,and through multi-parameter target optimization,the best design size of single-point large-load loading device that met the test requirements was obtained.The optimized load device was developed to optimize the distribution of large loads through active heading load unloading and vertical load unloading interfaces to ensure the safety of the carrying system,and the precise application of concentrated large loads was realized.The designed single point centralized large load loading system had been successfully applied to the ejection load static test of a certain type of aircraft.The loading device remained stable during the test loading,no damage and visual deformation were found,the test data were consistent with the target value,and the test loading stability and repeatability were good.
