摘 要:转台轴系倾角回转误差是惯性测试设备的重要技术指标。对倾角回转误差的计算模型进行探讨,基于Link单元建立模拟球轴承滚珠与内外圈之间接触的有限元模型。在此基础上,结合左右支架轴承内圈径向跳动矢量图,计算合成倾角回转误差理论值;在空载和带载条件下,采用国军标自准直仪-平面反射镜法对水平轴系倾角回转误差开展试验。结果表明:结合Link单元模拟球轴承建立的轴系偏转角有限元模型和轴承内圈径向跳动所引起的回转误差,倾角回转误差计算模型预测值与实验值误差约9%。该计算方法可有效评估转台轴系倾角回转误差,从而指导轴系结构的优化设计。Turntable shafting axis wobble error is an important technical index of inertial testing equipment.The calculation model of axis wobble error was actively discussed,and a finite element model was established based on Link element to simulate the ball bearing contact between ball-inner and ball-outer ring.On this basis,combined with the radial runout vector figures of the inner ring of the left and right supports,the theoretical value of the synthetic axis wobble error was calculated.Finally,under no-load and on-load conditions,the horizontal shaft axis wobble error was tested by the national military standard autocollimator-planar reflector method.The results show that,in combination with the finite element model of shafting deflection angle based on the Link element simulation of the ball bearing and the rotation error caused by the radial runout of the bearing inner ring,the error between the predicted value of the model and the experimental value is less than 9%by using the inclination rotation error method.Therefore,this calculation method can be used to effectively evaluate the inclination rotation error of turntable shafting and to guide the optimal design of shafting structures.
