摘 要:针对双轴机械式陀螺仪力矩需要,分析双轴永磁动铁式力矩器的工作原理,按总体结构布局对力矩器开展总体结构设计,对力矩器的力矩系数、永磁体工作点进行了分析计算。通过永磁体磁性能稳定性试验以及力矩器样机在角速率测量系统中的应用,对试验数据进行了详细分析。针对陶瓷骨架线圈组合体力矩器的力矩系数波动原因,提出无骨架线圈组合件的结构方案,能够较好解决力矩器在高温、大角速率工作状态下力矩系数波动问题,提高力矩器力矩系数的稳定性,更好地满足系统标度因数非线性要求。According to the torque need of two axis mechanical gyroscope,the working principle of the two axis permanent magnet moving iron torque was analyzed.According to the overall structure layout,the overall structure design of the torque was made,and the torque coefficient of the torquer and the working point of the permanent magnet were analyzed and calculated.Through the magnetic stability test of permanent magnet and application of torque converter prototype in the angular rate measurement system,the test data were analyzed in detail.Aiming at the cause of torque coefficient fluctuation of the torquer with ceramic skeleton coil combination,the structure scheme of frame-less coil combination was presented,by which the problem of torque coefficient fluctuation under high temperature and large angular rate working state could be better solved.So torque coefficient stability of the torque converter is improved,the nonlinear requirements of the scale factor in this system can be better met.
