摘  要:本文设计了一种高效太阳能储热水箱,同时搭建了储热水箱温度分层特性研究的实验系统,分析了储热水箱垂直方向不同高度测点的温度变化曲线,同时对 0.8 m^(3)/h,1.0 m^(3)/h,1.2 m^(3)/h 这 3 种入口流量下的水箱 Str 函数和 MIX 函数进行计算比较。 实验结果表明,在水箱蓄热过程中,蓄热中后期水箱垂直方向出现温度分层,储热结束时温度分层效果最明显。 入口流量对水箱温度分层效果具有一定的影响。 在一定范围内提高入口流量能明显增强水箱温度分层效果,但超过一定阈值时温度分层效果则会减弱。 入口流量为 1.0 m^(3)/h 时水箱温度分层效果最好,水箱 Str 函数最大,混合函数 MIX 最小。This paper designed an efficient solar heat storage tank,and built a set of experimental system for temperature stratification characteristics of the heat storage tank,and analyzed the temperature change curves of measuring points at different heights in the vertical direction of the heat storage tank.At the same time,the Str function and MIX function of water tank under the three inlet flows of 0.8 m^(3)/h,1.0 m^(3)/h and 1.2 m^(3)/h were calculated and compared.The experimental results show that temperature stratification occurs in the vertical direction of the water tank during the heat storage process,and the effect is most obvious at the end of the heat storage.The inlet flow rate has a certain influence on the stratification effect of water tank temperature.Increasing the inlet flow rate in a certain range can obviously enhance the temperature stratification effect of the water tank,but the temperature stratification effect will be weakened when the inlet flow rate exceeds a certain threshold.When the inlet flow is 1.0 m^(3)/h,the water tank temperature stratification effect is the best,the water tank Str function is the largest,and the mixing function MIX is the smallest.
