摘 要:玉米秸秆是农作物玉米种植的副产品,研究其在道路沥青材料中的应用,对于提高路面性能的发展具有重大意义。本文通过机械破碎法制备出适用于沥青混合料的增强用玉米秸秆纤维,并研究玉米秸秆纤维的技术指标。研究结果表明:将玉米秸秆去芯取皮后剪成10 mm±2 mm的小段,浸泡4 h后取60 g放入34 000 r/min的多功能粉碎机中破碎1.5 min后再进行烘干筛分,并计算出纤维提取率。玉米秸秆纤维成品与木质素纤维同样具有很好的耐热性,足够满足路用纤维规范要求。Corn stalk is a by-product of crop corn planting,research on its application in road asphalt materials is of great significance to improve the development of pavement performance.In this paper,corn straw fiber for reinforcement of asphalt mixture was prepared by mechanical crushing method,and the technical index of corn straw fiber was studied.The results showed that the corn stalk was cut into10 mm±2 mm pieces after core removal and peeling,soaked for 4 h,then put 60 g into a multifunctional pulverizer of 34 000 r/min,crushed for 1.5 min,then dried and screened,and the fiber extraction rate was calculated.The finished corn straw fiber and lignin fiber also have good heat resistance,which is enough to meet the requirements of road fiber specification.
