保温复合板在建筑外墙装饰施工中的应用

摘　　要：为了提高建筑外墙装饰的施工质量,减少竣工后各结构的偏差,本文开展了保温复合板在建筑外墙装饰施工中的应用研究。具体包括:设计保温复合板施工作业标准化流程,做好测量放线与保温复合板施工准备工作,在施工区域安装保温复合板,并对安装区域进行填充与密封处理,确保施工具有较高的稳定性与安全性,根据墙体垂直或水平误差,在施工中进行校正,参照工程质量控制标准,提出对应的质量保证措施,以此种方式,完成建筑外墙装饰施工研究。选择陕西省城市管理局开发的工程项目作为实例,尝试将设计的施工方法应用到该项目中,对设计墙体的质量进行检验。最终证明应用此设计方法进行外墙装饰施工时,可以将墙体偏差控制在允许范围内,以此提升工程外墙施工质量。In order to improve the construction quality of building exterior wall decoration and reduce the deviation of each structure after completion,this paper studies the application of thermal insulation composite board in building exterior wall decoration construction.Specifically include:designing the standardization process for the construction of thermal insulation composite panels,making preparations for measuring and laying out lines and construction of thermal insulation composite panels,installing thermal insulation composite panels in the construction area,and filling and sealing the installation area to ensure high construction stability,according to the vertical or horizontal error of the wall,make corrections during the construction,take the engineering quality control standard as a reference,and propose corresponding quality assurance measures,in this way,complete the construction research of the exterior wall decoration of the building.Select the engineering project developed by the Shaanxi Provincial Urban Administration as an example,try to apply the designed construction method to the project,and inspect the quality of the designed wall.It is proved that when the design method is applied to the exterior wall decoration construction,the wall deviation can be controlled within the allowable deviation,so as to improve the construction quality of the external wall of the project.
