摘　　要：围绕“共同富裕是什么”和“如何实现共同富裕”,以及“在共同富裕的情境下管理理论与管理实践如何发展”等问题,对以“管理学与共同富裕”为主题的“中国管理50人”论坛(2021年秋)上22位学者的相关观点进行提炼、总结与呈现,以期进一步推动中国管理理论的创新与发展。Around the three main issues: “What is the connotation of common prosperity”, “How to achieve common prosperity”, “How does management theory and business practice develop in the context of common prosperity”, the speeches of the 22 keynotes at the “Chinese Management 50 Forum”(Autumn, 2021), concentrating on the theme “Management and Common Prosperity”, was systematically refined, summarized and presented. It is generally believed that this discussion about “Management and Common Prosperity” is necessary and conducive to attract more scholars’ attention to the issue of common prosperity. This forum can further promote the innovation and development of Chinese management theory and practice, and on the other hand, further increase management scholars’ attention to China’s specific practice and situation, thereby improving the contribution of management scholars to China’s social development.
