摘　　要：北京某主题公园“哈利·波特的魔法世界”项目工程中,钢构件造型各异,形状多种多样,存在大量非常规连接节点。异形钢结构安装通过化零为整,地面拼装整体吊装的施工方法,并以大型履带式起重机吊装为主,现有塔式起重机吊装为辅吊装,利用三维扫描技术复测安装精度,并克服现场种种不利因素,按要求完成了施工节点,并取得了很好的施工效果提高了经济效益。In the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Project of a theme park,there are a lot of unconventional joints with different shapes and shapes of steel members.The installation method of special-shaped steel structure is divided into parts,the ground is assembled and lifted as a whole,and the large-scale crawler crane is mainly used,the existing tower crane is used as a sdiary crane,and the installation accuracy is remeasured by the threedimensional scanning technology,and overcome all kinds of unfavorable factors on site,the construction node required by the owner has been successfully completed,and good construction results and economic benefits have been achieved.
