摘　　要：通州运河核心区V-04、V-06多功能用地项目07号商务办公楼工程为保护古城墙遗址以及解决中庭上方15m高吊顶及装修施工,在场地狭小及屋顶封闭的环境下,创新采用钢管架体、钢丝绳等材料与四周结构相连并搭设成一种异形操作架,既满足施工要求又节约了施工成本,还确保了安全,取得了显著的技术与经济效益,值得类似项目参考与借鉴。Commercial Office Building No.07,V-04 and V-06 multi-purpose site projects in the core area of the Tongzhou Canal,to protect the remains of the ancient city wall and to address the construction of the 15-metrehigh suspended ceiling above the atrium link,innovative use of steel pipe,wire rope and other materials connected with the surrounding structure and set up a special-shaped operation frame,not only to meet the construction requirements and reduce construction costs,but also to ensure safety,and achieved significant technical and economic benefits,it is worthy of Reference and reference for similar projects.
