摘　　要：蒸压加气混凝土条板施工过程质量控制措施,通过新型U形钢板卡的应用,解决了传统钢板卡应用造成的有效锚固长度不足、上口未顶紧,下口未填塞不密实等引发的安全、质量隐患。为促进建筑产业化、环保、节能起到了助推作用。在资源紧张、环境保护要求严的时代背景下具有广阔的应用空间。This paper discusses the quality control measures in the construction process of autoclaved aerated concrete lath,through the application of new type u-shaped steel plate card,it solves the problem that the effective anchorage length is insufficient and the upper mouth is not pressed tightly due to the application of traditional steel plate card,the hidden danger of safety and quality caused by the underside mouth packing is not dense.In order to promote the building industrialization,environmental protection,energy saving has played a boost role.It has a wide application space under the background of tight resources and strict environmental protection.
