摘  要:中国南海某油田块液压模块钻机是中海油第一台自行设计并应用的海洋液压模块钻机,具有轻量化、自动化程度高、作业安全性高等特点。对海洋液压模块钻机的钻井设备模块、泥浆模块、固控模块进行结构有限元分析,从3方面总结了海洋液压模块钻机的结构特点,并与常规模块钻机从重量方面进行对比分析。结果表明,海洋液压模块钻机结构强度满足要求,同时重量得到了大幅降低,可以满足各个工况下平台的结构强度和桩基承载力要求,项目最终得以顺利实施。The hydraulic module drilling rig for a certain oilfield in South China Sea is the first module drilling rig designed and used by CNOOC. It has the advantages of lightweight, high degree of automation and high operation safety. The structural infinite element analysis is carried out for the drilling equipment module,mud module and solids control module of the offshore hydraulic modular drilling rig. The structural characteristics of offshore hydraulic module drilling rig are summarized from three aspects and compared with the conventional modular drilling rig in terms of weight. The results show that the structural strength of offshore hydraulic modular drilling rig meets the requirements, while the weight has been greatly reduced, which can meet the structural strength and pile foundation bearing capacity requirements of the platform under various working conditions. The project has been successfully implemented.
