摘 要:利用保定市1970—2020年地面观测的逐日平均气温资料,运用气候统计方法,参照采暖供热相关参数和规范,分析了保定地区采暖期气温变化特征及节能潜力。结果表明:近50年保定地区实际采暖期平均气温波动上升,并存在突变现象;理论采暖期长度存在年际振荡,总体呈缩短趋势;保定地区的采暖能源需求以正常年份居多,采暖期节能减排潜力和效益十分可观。建议动态调整采暖初、终日期,提高供暖效率,节能增效。Based on the observation data of daily average temperature in Baoding City from 1970 to 2020,by using climate statistical method and referring to the relevant norms and parameters of heating,the characteristics of temperature change and energy saving potential during heating period are analyzed. The results show that the average temperature during actual heating period in Baoding region has fluctuated and risen in recent 50 years,and there are abrupt changes. The theoretical heating period length has an interannual oscillation and generally shows a trend of shortening. The heating energy demand in Baoding region is mostly in normal years. The potential and benefits of energy conservation and emission reduction during heating period are considerable. It is suggested to dynamically adjust the initial and final heating dates to improve heating efficiency and energy saving and efficiency.
