浙江省乡村建设成效的总体评价与发展思考——基于三个样本县的调查研究

摘　　要：本文基于对浙江三个样本县乡村建设评价工作,采用参考比较的评价思路,从发展水平、农房建设、村庄建设、县城建设四个维度建立评价体系,通过与全国平均水平的比较、与村民满意度比较,以及地区内部差异比较,对浙江乡村建设成果进行全方位评价分析。在对评价结果综合分析的基础上,总结浙江乡村建设成效,思考探讨面向新时期更高质量发展目标,浙江乡村建设面临的问题与挑战,并对新时期乡村建设工作和乡村研究提出建议和展望。Based on the rural construction evaluation in three sample counties in Zhejiang Province,this study adopts the evaluation method of reference comparison,establishes an evaluation system from four dimensions including development level,rural housing construction,village construction,and county construction,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of rural construction achievements in Zhejiang Province by comparing with the national average,with the satisfaction of the masses and with the differences within regions.Based on the summary of the rural construction results,it discusses the problems and challenges of rural construction in the new era aiming at higher-quality development goals and puts forward suggestions and prospects for rural development in Zhejiang Province.
