摘 要:著有短篇小说《大冷门》,又有两本同名小说集《大冷门》的马华小说家张寒,可谓马华文学研究中的“大冷门”。他发表于1960年代的作品虽然在一定程度上平衡了当时“强调政治功利性”的马华文坛生态,但其小说中男女人物之间的天秤却有意无意朝向男性倾斜。这篇论文以性别视角切入,探讨这些现象及其成因后果。由于女性人物在小说中是“被叙述”的群体,因此她们纵然是小说叙述的重心,但小说的叙述话语仍旧由男性人物来掌控与支配。在此基础再加上认同男性的书写习惯,综合促使小说呈现某种程度的父权缩影。这种父权缩影现象也间接导致小说对男女形象待遇有差。即使以女性人物为主要书写对象,但却体现了浓厚的父权思想,这种悖论就是张寒小说之性别书写的主要面貌。此现象显示1960年代的马华小说创作虽已开始从“强调政治功利性”的传统出走,转而朝向追求“文学性”的美学理想前进,但在这条新路上,小说所呈现的性别意识形态还是趋向守旧的。Zhang Han was one of the Mahua(Chinese-Malaysian)literature writer that been overlook by a lot of researcher.His fiction works diversified the Mahua’s fiction writing.But his fiction works treat the men characters more genteelly compare to the women characters.This article investigates this issue from gender perspectives,to examine it causes and consequences.Because women characters were the“narrated”group in Zhang Han’s fiction works,even though they were the focus of it,the narrative discourse of the fiction works was still controlled and dominated by the men characters.In order of this,coupled with the male-identified writing habits,his fiction works presents a patriarchal epitome.This makes his fiction works treats its men and women characters differently.Arrange the women characters be the focus of writing,but embodied strong patriarchal ideology,this paradox was the main aspect of gender writing in Zhang Han’s fictions works.This shows that although his fiction works diversified the Mahua’s fiction writing,but the gender ideology presented by his fiction works were still tends to be conservative.
