城市绿地系统景观风貌规划中的城市设计方法运用策略

摘　　要：城市绿地系统是塑造城市特色景观风貌的重要载体。文章解读了绿地系统景观风貌规划和城市设计的相关政策标准,以国内绿地系统景观风貌规划编制较为完整的4座城市为例,对其城市绿地系统景观风貌规划进行分析,提出特色要素提炼不足、要素展现措施缺乏、特色定位主题平淡、景观结构提炼机械和片区划分中对景观结构的传承不够五方面问题,同时总结出要素整合和分类规划两方面可借鉴的经验。在此基础上,文章提出运用要素整合的城市设计方法编制城市绿地系统景观风貌规划,并提出“通过构建特色要素体系精准提炼地域特色要素、以特色要素展现措施触媒激发活力、以要素分类规划实现整体控制、以片区划分塑造个性特质”4个方面的运用策略,以及“凸显—架构—盖面—赋态—传承”的规划编制技术路径,进而以岳阳绿地系统景观风貌规划为例,探讨城市设计方法在城市绿地系统景观风貌规划中的具体应用,以期为编制国土空间规划体系下“管用、能用、好用”的城市绿地系统景观风貌规划提供技术支撑。Urban green space system is important in shaping urban landscape features.With an interpretation of relevant policies and regulations,the paper analyzes four cases of landscape planning of urban green space system,and concludes their common problems and experience.The paper further proposes applying urban design integration approach to the compilation of landscape planning of urban green space system,as well as planning strategies in accurate extraction of characteristic elements,elements exhibition catalysis,categorization of elements and their control,zoning for landscape feature creation.With Yueyang city as an example,the paper studies the application of urban design approaches in landscape planning of urban green space system,and improves the efficacy of landscape planning of urban green space system with technical support.
