摘 要:为有效回收含铑废有机催化剂中的贵金属,建立了硫酸、过氧化氢湿法消解,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定铑有机废催化剂冶金废水中铑含量的分析方法。采用硫酸碳化有机物,过氧化氢溶解煮沸,氢氟酸除硅,于盐酸(4 mol/L)体系中碲共沉淀富集铑。在盐酸(10%)介质下,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定铑量。在选定条件下,测定含铑有机废催化剂冶金废水中0.353~9.83 mg/L的铑,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)和加标回收率分别为0.10%~1.4%和99.6%~101%。方法准确、快速、简便,测定结果与火试金富集分析方法结果吻合。In order to effectively recover precious metals from waste organic catalysts containing rhodium,a method is established for the determination of rhodium in rhodium parker washing water by ICP-AES with sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide digestion.Determination of sulphuric acid carbonized organic matter,hydrogen peroxide dissolved boiling,hydrofluoric acid to remove silicon,rhodium was enriched by tellurium coprecipitation in hydrochloric acid(4 mol/L).And the amount of rhodium was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry in the solution of 10%hydrochloric acid.Under selected conditions,rhodium from 0.353—9.83 mg/L in metallurgical wastewater containing rhodium organic waste catalyst.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)and standard recoveries of rhodium 0.10%—1.4%and 99.6%—101%in rhodium-containing organic matter washing water are determined under selected conditions.The method is accurate,rapid and simple,and the results are consistent with those of gold enrichment analysis by fire assay.
