摘  要:为实现电解加工过程中对温度变化的实时监测,开发了一种多通道的测温系统,以STM32单片机为核心,PC作为上位机,基于LabVIEW软件设计了温度监测界面,使用数字式传感器DS18B20进行温度采集,利用TDMS文件存储采集的温度数据。为了验证采集系统的可靠性和监测系统的稳定性,进行温度采集试验,测试结果表明:系统运行状态稳定,能够有效监测温度变化数值及曲线,测量误差控制在1.5%之内,可实现对电解液温度实时的精确测量。In order to realize the real-time monitoring of temperature changes in the process of electrolytic machining,a multi-channel temperature measurement system was developed,which took STM32 microcontroller as the core,PC as the upper computer,temperature monitoring interface based on LabVIEW software was designed,the digital sensor DS18B20 was used to collect the temperature,and TDMS file was used to store the collected temperature data.In order to verify the reliability of the acquisition system and the stability of the monitoring system,the temperature acquisition test was carried out.The test results show that the system is stable in operation and can effectively monitor the temperature change value and curve,the measurement error is controlled within 1.5%,and the real-time accurate measurement of the electrolyte temperature can be realized.
